Frequently Asked Questions about Total Spanish
I don't have much time. Does 10 minutes a day really work?
Yes, and that’s our key. The brain learns better through frequency than intensity. It’s much more effective to practise for 10 minutes every day than to take a two-hour class once a week and then never touch the language again. Our “mini-doses” are designed to help you progress without Spanish becoming a burden on your schedule.
Why can't I see all the content as soon as I pay?
Because we care about your progress. Opening hundreds of lessons at once only leads to stress and abandonment (what we call paralysis by analysis). After your assessment session with Cristina, we unlock the level that corresponds to you so that you can move forward steadily and without distractions. We want the ecosystem to grow with you, not overwhelm you.
What if I am unable to attend the live sessions?
Absolutely nothing. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your personal video library within the platform. You can watch them whenever you want, from wherever you want, and leave your questions in the comments so we can give you feedback, just as if you had been there.
How does the 60-minute session of the Annual Plan work?
During this one-on-one private consultation, we will lay the foundations for your success with Spanish:
- Real Level Audit: Forget about automatic tests. I will analyse your fluency, comprehension and current obstacles with you to determine exactly where we stand.
- Definition of Objectives: Do you need Spanish for your job, to integrate into Seville, or for official procedures? We set realistic and achievable goals.
- Personalised Roadmap: I will design a work plan for you within the platform. I will tell you exactly what “mini-doses” to consume and in what order so that you don’t waste a single minute.
- Resolution of Technical and Linguistic Queries: An open space for you to ask me anything that concerns you about the language or how to get the most out of our technology.
- Success Configuration: I will teach you how to integrate 10 minutes of practice into your daily schedule so that learning is finally sustainable.
Is there any kind of permanence?
With the Monthly Plan, there are none. You can cancel whenever you want by giving us at least 15 days’ notice so that we can properly process your payment cancellation. With the Annual Plan, you make a single payment that gives you access for 12 months (with the €180 saving already applied) and you will not be charged again until the following year. If you do not wish to continue, you must give us at least 15 days’ notice before your renewal date.
Is it a platform only for individuals or also for companies?
For both. The micro-learning system is ideal for professionals who cannot afford to lose hours of work. If you are a company, contact us and we will explain how we can manage your team’s access so that they can start communicating effectively from day one.
What if I have a question while practising on my own?
You will never be alone. That’s why we have “El Patio” and the comments sections. Every question you post receives a human response from our team. That real feedback is what makes our platform a living learning community.
