GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT – SEVILLAELE

This agreement regulates the conditions of purchase of the products and services offered at https://www.sevillaele.com/ by Cristina Ramos Suárez (hereinafter, SEVILLAELE), with Tax Identification Number 30233595A and registered address at Avenida Kansas City 84, 10D, 41007 Seville.

By completing the registration process and purchasing our services, the user (hereinafter, the STUDENT) expressly accepts these terms and conditions, as well as the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of the website.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT – SEVILLAELE

This agreement regulates the conditions of purchase of the products and services offered at https://www.sevillaele.com/ by Cristina Ramos Suárez (hereinafter, SEVILLAELE) with Tax Identification Number 30233595A and registered address at Avenida Kansas City 84, 10D, 41007 Seville.


1. GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS (MANDATORY)

1.1 SevillaEle Community Membership

Anyone wishing to become part of the SevillaEle community and enjoy its benefits must pay an annual membership fee:

  • Individual Membership: €60 per year.
  • Family Membership: €100 per year for members of the same household.

Membership grants access to the SevillaEle community and allows members to enjoy the benefits and discounts associated with their chosen services and programs.

 

1.2 Teaching Materials

An annual payment of €30 per student is required for materials. These materials are paid for at the beginning of the course and are non-refundable.

 

1.3 Format and Timetables

  • Sessions are generally held in person. Due to weather conditions, health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, SEVILLAELE reserves the right to conduct sessions online or reschedule them.
  • Students are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions begin promptly.
  • During group classes held in partner cafés, students are expected to purchase at least one drink per session. Discounts may apply through the SevillaEle membership.


2. LESSONS AND PACKAGES POLICY

2.1 Private Lessons

  • Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge provided that notice is given at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered completed and charged accordingly.
  • Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and includes a summary sent by the teacher.

Validity of Lesson Packages

  • 5-lesson package: valid for 1 month plus 7 courtesy days.
  • 10-lesson package: valid for 2 months plus 7 courtesy days.

Expired packages may be extended for one additional month upon payment of €50.

2.2 Group Lessons

  • Missed group lessons are not recoverable free of charge.
  • Students may access supporting materials and resources available through the corresponding platform.
  • Respect, active participation and appropriate behaviour towards teachers and fellow students are expected at all times.


5. DATA PROTECTION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The STUDENT agrees to their information being processed for academic management purposes, including the use of the third-party platform Total Spanish (Circle) and external payment gateways (Stripe). SEVILLAELE does not store bank card details.

All materials and methodologies are the intellectual property of SEVILLAELE. Their recording, reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.


IMAGE AND VOICE USE POLICY

Given the nature of SEVILLAELE’s activities (immersive experiences, sessions in partner cafés, and community events), the STUDENT is informed and agrees to the following:

  1. Recruitment and Dissemination: SEVILLAELE may take photographs or record videos during classes and activities for promotional and informational purposes only on its website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), newsletters, and marketing materials.
  2. Purpose: The purpose of this processing is to raise awareness of the SEVILLAELE methodology and promote the student community. Under no circumstances will these images be transferred to third parties outside the platform without prior consent.
  3. Right to object: The STUDENT has the right not to be photographed or recorded. To exercise this right, they must notify us in writing at [email protected] or expressly indicate this to the teacher at the start of the activity.
  4. Revocation: Consent may be revoked at any time by requesting the removal of a specific image from SEVILLAELE’s digital channels.


6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The STUDENT has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract from the date of payment, provided that the service has not yet begun. Once the digital content has been accessed or the first class has begun, the student waives this right in accordance with current law.
